Crowd Pleaser - 440ml Can

An adaptation of a lager recipe I made for a Bavarian wedding this has my favourite combo of Pale, Wheat, Munich and Vienna malts.  I don’t really like lager malt and think this combo makes such a well-rounded base I use it for pretty much everything. 

As I pressure ferment, this is technically not a lager and actually only takes 13 days to finish.  But maintains most of the characteristics of a lager.  This is finished with a few more late hops than a lager as well but doesn’t massively push the boat out on any front.
